For 18 years Helen served her country as a member of the Royal Air Force. Since leaving she has added more strings to her bow; Swimming Coach, successful Weight Management Consultant and more recently she has been an integral part of the Specialist Education remit - with areas of expertise which include the identification and implementation of scaffolding strategies for people with specific learning difficulties.
Helen is known as an approachable and empathetic person - her straight forward approach to problems leaves no room for misunderstandings or confusion. She assists her clients to achieve positive outcomes by using either client based or solution based therapies depending on which is suitable for the individual.Helen has had exceptional results with both
children and adults alike.
Helen is based in Bedale, North Yorkshire, this small but busy town is the gateway to the dales and beyond: due to the restrictions of lock down her therapies are not limited to face to face appointments and she is proficient in conducting sessions online or by telephone as required
